Purpose

We use your email address exclusively to manage your personal account, allow you to save favorite furniture, and sync your searches across devices. We also analyze the performance of our visual search engine to improve the user experience.

Data collected

Browsing data: We collect technical information (IP, device type) through Google Analytics.

User behavior: We use PostHog to analyze how you interact with the website (clicks, searches, session recordings) to optimize our AI.

Images: The images you upload for searches are processed by the Google Gemini API. We do not store these images linked to your personal identity.

Data source (Authentication)

If you use Google Auth to access Dupo, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo provided by Google. The legal basis for this processing is the provision of the service requested by the user.

Rights and data deletion

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, or deletion by emailing [email protected]

Account deletion: You may request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing [email protected]. We will process the permanent deletion within a maximum of 72 hours.
